Program Description
The Master in Product Design comes from the fusion of Industrial and Interaction Design . The innovative training course will guide the participants in conceiving, producing and promoting objects with new, economic, social, productive or relational values, born from the mixture of artisan skills, digital and technological knowledge, local practices and global needs, among specialized professionals and collective narratives, able to best respond to the evolutionary demands of current Design in relation to the public, the criticism and the current market.
Through lectures and workshops, the participants are led from the initial concept to the development of the prototype , through design models in the various digital representation modes, exploring the use of software for Nurbs and Meshmodeling . In operating they will deal with Rapid Prototyping methods and techniques .
The final workshop, through the realization of various design themes, will allow to set the design process of the Industrial, the Independent and the Interactive design.
The Master is sponsored by the Order of Architects Landscape and Conservation Planners of Rome and the Province.
Applicant must have a bechalor degree.
