  • In the four-semester, predominantly research-oriented master’s degree in business administration, in-depth knowledge of the areas of  , conveyed. The master’s degree is characterized by clearly structured options that give students the opportunity to develop an individual profile. A stay abroad is particularly possible in the third semester. The course is rounded off by interdisciplinary modules in the social and cultural sciences and the teaching of key qualifications in a special soft skills module. The master’s degree in Business Administration is characterized by a personal study atmosphere and good mentoring ratios.

    Successful graduates have the option of a career as a specialist or manager in the business area. As a Master's graduate with the official title of "Master of Science (M.Sc.) Business Administration", you will work, for example, in auditing and consulting firms, at the management level of financial service providers and banks, at logistics service providers and market research institutes, in research, innovation and Development departments of large companies, in the advertising industry or in controlling.

    Proof of the completion of a relevant bachelor's degree in the field of "economics" or a comparable domestic or foreign professional university degree.

    In the completed course of study, at least 90 credit points (CP) must have been achieved in economic subjects and the associated auxiliary sciences that convey methodological skills (e.g. mathematics for economists, statistics).

    In addition, methodological skills in the form of at least 15 credit points in the fields of mathematics, statistics, operations research, econometrics or empirical economic research must be available. Of these 15 credit points, at least 5 must be in mathematics and at least 5 in statistics. The transfer of knowledge, not its application, must be proven, as the master’s degree is more research-oriented.
