Ireland is almost ready to withdraw the lockdown by the end of June

Latest News of Ireland Lockdown is here. The vast majority of the Irish economy and society will reopen at the end of the month of June as the country is preparing to almost fully exit the lockdown imposed due to the spread of the coronavirus. Ireland lockdown extension will be done no more.

The Cabinet met to decide a new roadmap in which the majority of businesses in the nation reopens from June 29th. From then places of gyms, worship, cinemas,  hotels, leisure facilities, hairdressers, museums, galleries, theatres and concert halls can reopen their doors. 
 
All sports activity will be started again, including close-contact sport. Financial support of €70 million was also approved to help the sports sector reopen by Ministers to be reopened on 29 June. But everything must be done carefully with strict social distancing.

In the previous speech given by the prime minister of the Republic of Ireland revealed that Ireland has a five stage 'road map' on how it will withdraw the coronavirus lockdown. Ireland lockdown relaxation will begin soon. On May 18, hardware shops can reopen, outdoor fitness activities in small groups will be allowed, family outdoors and people can meet in small groups of friends. Specific retail outlets such as garden centres and repair shops will also be opened from May 18. The Ireland lockdown phases will be working as planned in the Road map.

Mr McCoy said it is very essential for many businesses that travel resumes as "subject matter experts" have to move in to serve business all the time. So by the end of June, there are possibilities of ending the lockdown in Ireland. People arriving in Ireland from other nations will have to quarantine themselves for 14 days upon arrival into the nation.

Prime Minister of Ireland Leo Varadkar said while giving Ireland lockdown updates that the public must now take their responsibility by their own as the imposed restrictions by the government were lifted, which means not entering a place if they see it is packed. It means having judgment and self-control not only for their own sake but also for the collective good.
