The United Kingdom has witnessed a significant surge in international students. A record-breaking 758,855 students from around the world chose to study in UK during the 2022/23 academic year. Education Secretary Bridget Phillips has stated that international students are "welcome" in the UK but also emphasized the need to "manage migration carefully".
